Delivery
Standard Delivery
- Delivery is handled by a third-party pallet delivery company. Goods will be delivered between 9 AM and 6 PM on the delivery date selected at checkout. Please ensure that a correct mobile number is provided in the delivery information, as it will be used to send you delivery notifications.
- Delivery is strictly kerbside only. If kerbside delivery is not acceptable, any additional fees incurred will be charged to the customer.
- All products are shipped on pallets, and the customer is responsible for handling all packaging, including the pallet, upon delivery.
- Goods will not be left if no one is present to accept them. Re-delivery fees apply.
- Current delivery lead time is 4 working days.
Timed Delivery Option
- For an additional fee, we offer the option to select a specific delivery time slot. Please ensure availability 1 hour before or after the chosen time. Availability of timed delivery may vary by location.
Checking for Damages
- Please inspect your goods upon delivery. If damages are found, report them immediately before the driver leaves. Damage reports after the driver has departed will incur a re-collection fee of £80 per pallet. The items must be repacked and someone must be present for collection.
Cancellation and Re-delivery
- Re-delivery Fee:
If a delivery is refused without a valid reason, a re-delivery fee of £75 per pallet will apply. This is our standard charge for additional deliveries. - Cancellation After Dispatch:
If you cancel a delivery after it has been dispatched, you will receive a refund minus the delivery cost. No administrative fees will be applied in this case.
Delivery of larger items
Delivery of larger items is undertaken by our own delivery driver and will be placed into the front or rear garden, given adequate access. Under no circumstances will the driver plant or assist in the planting of trees.
We will quote the delivery charge based on location and size of the item, please note delivery can take between 1 – 3 weeks depending on your location.
We would need detailed information and ideally images from where the driver can park to the final location of the item. We would need to know of any changes in ground type, any stairs, any gates, or gaps to go through including tight corners and any overhead obstacles. We can navigate 1 step up or down for most items.
We cannot enter any property under any circumstances.
Failure to provide accurate information could mean the driver having to leave the item where he can safely do so. Alternatively the item may be returned at twice the cost of the delivery plus a 20% administrative fee.
For our largest trees, or clients that require a Hiab delivery
We outsource our extremely large deliveries to a 3rd party company that we regularly use. We will quote the delivery based on your location and size of the tree/trees to be delivered.
Please note you would require access for an 18 ton lorry to your property, the driver has a maximum reach of 8m at 1 ton payload from the centre of his lorry so please ensure the information provided is accurate. If the driver is unable to get the tree to its final location he can either leave the tree in a safe place or return the tree to us, you will be charged the full delivery charged, any additional charges for the return and an additional 20% administration fee.
