Delivery

Standard Delivery

Delivery will be carried out via a 3rd party company, the goods will arrive between 9am – 6pm on the day selected for delivery at checkout.

All of our products are shipped on pallets. Upon delivery, you, the customer, would be responsible for all the packaging, including the pallet.

Delivery currently is running between 5-7 working days from date of order.

We offer the option to pay for a time slot, please ensure you are able to take the delivery 1 hour before or 1 hour after the time selected. Timed delivery is subject to location.

OUR DELIVERY COMPANY IS STRICTLY KERB SIDE ONLY. IF YOU CANNOT ACCEPT A KERB SIDE DELIVERY ON THE ARRIVAL OF YOUR GOODS YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR ANY EXTRA FEES INCURRED.

Goods will not be left where no-one is there to accept delivery. Please note re-delivery will incur additional charges. Please ensure you check your goods upon delivery for any damages before the driver leaves. If damages are reported after the driver has left, you will be charged a re-collection charge of £80 per pallet. The goods must be wrapped and strapped in the same manner as on arrival and someone must be present on the collection day to sign the goods off.

No refund of charges will be given for deliveries which are cancelled by you after they have left our site or for rejected deliveries without a valid reason. Re-delivery will be charged at £80 per pallet plus a 20% administration charge.

On safe return of the product the customer will recieve a refund of the total price paid minus two lots of delivery charges at £80 per pallet + 20% Administration fee.

Delivery of larger items

Delivery of larger items is undertaken by our own delivery driver and will be placed into the front or rear garden, given adequate access. Under no circumstances will the driver plant or assist in the planting of trees.

We will quote the delivery charge based on location and size of the item, please note delivery can take between 2 – 6 weeks depending on your location.

We would need detailed information and ideally images from where the driver can park to the final location of the item. We would need to know of any changes in ground type, any stairs, any gates, or gaps to go through including tight corners and any overhead obstacles. We can navigate 1 step up or down for most items.

We cannot enter any property under any circumstances.

Failure to provide accurate information could mean the driver having to leave the item where he can safely do so. Alternatively the item may be returned at twice the cost of the delivery plus a 20% administrative fee.

For our largest trees, or clients that require a Hiab delivery

We outsource our extremely large deliveries to a 3rd party company that we regularly use. We will quote the delivery based on your location and size of the tree/trees to be delivered.

Please note you would require access for an 18 ton lorry to your property, the driver has a maximum reach of 8m at 1 ton payload from the centre of his lorry so please ensure the information provided is accurate. If the driver is unable to get the tree to its final location he can either leave the tree in a safe place or return the tree to us, you will be charged the full delivery charged, any additional charges for the return and an additional 20% administration fee.
