Our furniture delivery is carried out by specialist logistics companies and due to the size and complexity of the furniture, delivery can take up to 28 days. We cannot offer a next day or preferred date delivery with these items. You will receive updates from our logistics partners regarding delivery.
Free delivery where possible, we will ship your products to you at no additional cost. This is limited to products that can be boxed or put on a pallet. This means we are restricted by height and weight limitations of the delivery services we use. If the Delivery is outside of the free local delivery postcode area then we use a 3rd party service that will leave your order as close to your property as possible. You will then be responsible for moving your tree as required.

We offer free local delivery on most of our products to the following postcode areas:

As an addition to our free delivery service, you can upgrade to a Saturday delivery of an additional fee of £30. This covers the extra cost to us when requesting a Saturday delivery from our couriers. This service is not available for larger products that require a cost to be calculated. However, as this is a bespoke service, we may be able to arrange a Saturday delivery. This is not guaranteed.
Some of our larger trees are difficult to deliver due to their physical size, shape and weight. As a result, we are not able to predict the delivery costs to you without additional information such as location and access. If you are interested in purchasing one of our large trees, we advise that you contact either by phone on 01832 275660 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
It is the customer’s responsibility (especially with our larger trees) to let us know in advance how much access there is to deliver your purchase. Our 3rd party couriers will deliver your order to your property but are not required to position your tree for you. If specialist equipment is required to access your property, the courier will leave your order as close to your property as possible. You will then be responsible for moving your tree as required.
For our larger trees, we will arrange a personal delivery but the cost of this will be passed on to you, the customer. Once we know the requirements for your delivery, we will be able to calculate your delivery cost. Payment for delivery will be taken before the delivery is made but after the initial purchase. Providing you give us with all the necessary details, we will position your tree for you. In the event that specialist equipment is required for delivery and you do no inform us prior to delivery, we will deliver your tree as close to the required location as possible. You will then be responsible for positioning your tree.
When ordering you olive tree, it is important that you are present at the time of delivery. This is to ensure that you are happy with the condition of the product you are receiving. If you are not happy with the condition of product, you must refuse delivery. Once you have accepted delivery, we are no longer responsible for the condition of your product. If you intend to return any products to us once you have accepted delivery, you do so at your own cost.
If required, we will contact you usually within 48 hours of your purchase to discuss delivery arrangements. This will include confirming a delivery date. If we fail to make contact with you within 7 days of your purchase, we will not dispatch your order until you have contacted us. If you have not confirmed a delivery date with us within 28 days we will cancel your order and refund your payment.
